Over the past several months, we hired All A’s plumbing to do extensive work on my mom’s 100 year old home in Wharton. Kevin came out to initially research the jobs and provided a clear, concise and affordable estimate. He was friendly and a consummate professional; likewise in corresponding with Marisa in the office with scheduling and guiding us in picking out materials. I want to give a huge Thank you to Anthony at All A plumbing for getting our hot water back on. Rheem has a recall on their gas valves which causes the hot water heater to stop working, and ours decided to break down on night Friday before a long weekend!!!! I called Anthony at All A Plumbing on Friday around 8-9 pm. Anthony said he would contact Rheem, arrange for shipping and installation of a new valve, but this could take several days. That Monday morning Rheem showed up to the house with a new valve in hand and installed within 30 minutes and just like that, we had hot water again!! Anthony took ownership of our bad situation and made it better. He worked over the weekend to get the new valve delivered and installed. He’s a no fuss kind of guy who gets the job done quickly and efficiently!!!! Thank you so much Anthony and All A Plumbing!!!!
