Not sure how there are so many poor reviews. I've been a long time customer of the fountain spa and always had a great experience from facials and massages I've always left happy. Yes they are a bit high in price but you cannot beat the services and amenities they provide. I always enjoy their steam room before my services as it is one of the best in the area and does wonders for your skin. I was just in for a deep tissue massage and I was so happy by the time I left. My body felt rejuvenated and beat up in the best way. My masseuse Donna did an amazing job on getting my back knots and shoulder problem areas which most people really struggle to get out. We recently hosted a bday party for a group of 13 in the private room, and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was super welcoming & attentive. The private room was the perfect touch- we were able to lounge in our robes, snack all day & celebrate. Overall good vibes. It was a great way to bring in a birthday. Oh & the massages never disappoint =-)
My girlfriend loves this place. It's a full service spa and meant to be an experience.
The amenities are great. Showers and steam rooms well stocked. No need to bring cologne, toothbrush or comb.
Staff are respectful and friendly.
Observing allergies and medical conditions are top on their priorities list.
For me it's very expensive but was nice to experience at least once.
A little tip....if you use Waze it took me to a large parking lot and entrance to a gym run by Fountain
