I have been going to this dentist for the past 15 years, and I would like to say that the staff and Dr. Geeta are the best. The staff and doctor are always very friendly and so helpful. My wife and whole family go here as well and have never been let down by Dr. Geeta's amazing service. We moved from Bergen County all the way down to Mercer County (1.5 hours away) about 5 years ago, and we STILL keep Smile Line Dental as our dentist, because of their constant and continued professionalism and amazing service! The main reason we travel 45 minutes to this appointment is the incredible service we receive. The doctor and the entire staff are personable and truly take the time to listen.However, there is one staff member, Kathy, who is the absolute star of the office. She treats you with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and urgency. Kathy goes above and beyond to accommodate patients and knows every single person by name. She juggles so many tasks at once, yet always handles everything with grace.That level of care is the true differentiator in a medical practice. I’ve been going for the past couple of years, and each time my experience has been truly comfortable. Staff is incredible, especially Kathy, who is so kind and helpful to patients, and so quick to answer any calls or difficult questions. This is truly an excellent dental clinic.
