I was driving on an unsafe tire the day before a big drive and called to see if they could get me in that night. Melvin made it happen for me. He got me in that night, explained everything to me, and was overall just a kind and friendly person making a stressful experience less stressful. I was in and out in an hour. I recommend these guys!

Although there was an snag with the order, "Devon" the manager at Ramsey handled it and everything turned out well. Tires are new but seem like a great value with the free installation. Thanks for your help!

I needed some immediate assistance with a leaking tire and Pep Boys in Ramsey, NJ, came to the rescue.It was Saturday evening, they were almost about to close but the manager was able to get the tire examined and plugged right away. I can’t say enough good things about how well I was treated. This was on the evening of 8/17/2024. Thank you very much!
