STAY AWAY. They do not follow through with their work. I had an pool put in and have had issues since. They do not return for work to be fixed. I have had issues since the pool was installed 4 years ago and they do not stand by their work done. If you want the email thread posted I will post it. If they make a silly comment like we do not know who you are I will gladly post the thread. Main owner sold the company and stayed on for a while but it still does not matter they do not follow through. Had a quote from a new company to fix the issues and it will be 50K in repairs!Services: Inground pool installation
I called to get service for my pool and when I told them where I lived, I was told very condescendingly that it was out of their service area which is 20 minutes from them. I told them it sounded like they thought I it was very insulting and they continued on in the same manner. Horrible phone customer service. I sure hope they are better at what they do then they do on the phone because they are some nasty people!
Very meticulous in doing the vermiculite, construction and liner. love our newly renovated pool. Can't wait for this year!
