I used to go here but ever since they added new people, the quality of service has gone down tremendously. They burn your hair even when we ask them not to and has unfortunately given it damage. Never again.

I’ve been natural for over ten years. I have gotten blow outs and silk presses from other salons over the years and none have destroyed my hair the way this salon has. My hair smells burnt and looks like I have a relaxer. This is one of the worse feelings to experience. Never again.

Most days the service is good. The lady Soul who works near the back has a attitude problem and needs to be trained or assigned a different job! She doesn't listen!

PLEASE all my NATURAL queens DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.I was natural for 7 yrs and this woman put LIQUID PERM IN MY HAIR. the young girl on the right hand side closes to the back area and I was just going for a wash and blow deep conditioning and ask why my hair was burning she said she didn’t know why and hurry up and rinsed my hair. My natural hair is ruined and now I’m starting all over transitioning this is crazy. PLEASE DONT DO IT AND DONT TRUST THEM. You think you are getting this straight silky blow out meanwhile they are mixing liquid perm in the shampoo conditioner even if you bring your own. This place is the worst and when I spoke about it ladies it has happened to others.
