I had a sub par experience getting a curly cut. It just wasn’t… good. The layers stayed very long almost like no hair got cut so my shape still looked like a “triangle”. I showed her a picture too. The stylist passed me the mirror while my hair was still very wet- I had to ask her to dry it more. There was so much product in my hair that it semi dried very crunchy, stringy and sticky even after breaking the cast. Because of this it was difficult to assess what the final result looked like but decided to trust the process. I was having a difficult time finding a foundation that matched my skin well, but a kind employee named Taylor was incredibly helpful. She carefully swatched different options on my face so I could see how they looked, and even offered me a cleanser to remove the foundation I had previously applied. Her patience and expertise made the whole experience so much easier. After about an hour of searching, I was finally able to leave the store with a product I truly loved.
