“I had a sub par experience getting a curly cut. It just wasn’t… good. The layers stayed very long almost like no hair got cut so my shape still looked like a “triangle”. I showed her a picture too. The stylist passed me the mirror while my hair was still very wet- I had to ask her to dry it more. There was so much product in my hair that it semi dried very crunchy, stringy and sticky even after breaking the cast. Because of this it was difficult to assess what the final result looked like but decided to trust the process. But after a few days of trying to style it, I accepted that my layers were still too long and still had a triangle shape, I ended up cutting it myself. I shortened some of the top and front layers, which I pointed out as she was drying it that they looked long. Love this store. Everyone in the salon, the store and my stylist was very nice, (that’s why it’s 4 stars and not lower) but I’m just going to stick to shopping here.“

I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had at Bluemercury in Princeton this past Sunday. A group of my girlfriends and I attended the Trish McEvoy facial and makeover event, and it was such a fun and relaxing way to spend the day together.

The team in the store was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and they made the whole experience feel special. We all loved learning about the products and trying them during the facials and makeovers. It was even better that many of the products were 15% off, so we were able to take a few favorites home with us.

Everyone left happy, feeling refreshed, and excited about what we purchased. It truly made for a perfect Sunday spent with friends in Princeton.
