The store provides a welcoming atmosphere, where friendly and knowledgeable staff are happy to assist customers. The salon is gorgeous and everyone is super nice, with staff who are very helpful and friendly. Cindyann provides amazing facials and is very attentive, making sure the ingredients in the products are ok to use. The displays are all full and clean. Overall, Ulta Beauty provides a positive and uplifting shopping experience.

Oh MY GOSH. I met Hannah as soon as I walked in and we became besties. She really helped me find things that suited me and my really tiny budget (which i thought would make it mission impossible, but thanks to her, not). She’s really kind in how she relates and interacts with people and makes sure you feel confident (this is something i struggle with because i have hyperpigmentation and all. But Hannah handled that gracefully and made me change how i see myself and others). I’m grateful to have met her and I’ll definitely be back. I had plenty of fun sharing things like fav music with her too!
