Nelson Glass & Aluminum Co. is a business with a professional and knowledgeable team. Customers highlight the team's honesty, noting they do not try to sell items that are not needed. The service is described as professional from start to finish, with help making the ordering of materials and scheduling a breeze. The installation crew is noted as neat and organized. While not the cheapest glass vendor, prices are considered very fair for the expertise and experience offered. The strong team works well together. When a problem occurred with a poor measurement, the team was quick to fix it at no charge, with no excuses. They are also extremely helpful for community projects, offering exact dimensions, discounts, and exceptional customer service. Customers would highly recommend them and look to do more work with them in the future.
WOW! What an incredible company! I just called looking to have a few storm windows replaced. However, my property was out of their service area. The operator and the owner went completely out of their way to help me and find a reputable company in my area. If they treat a non-paying customer with so much care, I can only imagine how they would treat their customers. I would certainly recommend this establishment!!!
Thank you for being so kind!
Tremendous service from the initial call to installation. We've needed Nelson Glass for three different projects and they always deliver! Thank you so much!
Special thanks to the Nelson Glass team on my home’s window upgrades. Professional service from start to finish. Joanne made the ordering of materials and the scheduling of work a breeze while Ed’s installation crew were neat and organized. Will definitely look to do more work with them in the future.
