“Preferred Care at Home initially provided my mother with support after returning to her assisted living facility after a few hospital/rehab stays. My mom became bedridden and over the past two years or so they provided my mother with aid support 8am to 8pm - 7 days a week so that she could remain in her assisted living facility.. PCare at Home worked hard to find the right fit for my mom, and avoided rotating aids as much as they could. The aids showed my mom much compassion and respect. They became like family to her and us and in the end one of the aids we adored was with us and our mom when she passed and was as filled with sorrow as we were. The mgmt team/owners are easy to communicate with and quickly address any concerns in thoughtful and delicate ways.
