I have been coming to this location for past couple of years. Always good hair cut, but few days ago, @Chara did a fabulous ? job. - A perfect hair cut, she is kind, she is funny and she cares. I highly recommend to go and request for Chara.

I visited this (Great Clips, Nassau Park) outlet today with my daughter and was appalled by the incompetence, insincerity and apathy of the two barbers (two slightly older/senior ladies) who offered to attend to us. I was very disappointed in the hair-cut given to my daughter. Luckily for me, I asked for a change of barber 2 minutes into my hair-cut.Dawn, who then cut my hair performed her job to perfection. She totally understood what I wanted and cut my hair exactly as I desired. I couldn’t have asked for more.
