I had a great experience working with Rob Reinhardt from Dynamic Inspections LLC during the sale of my property.
Rob came out twice during the transaction. The first time, he inspected the basement for potential mold issues and confirmed there were no concerns. The second time, he returned to inspect the HVAC unit on the second floor and identified mold growth caused by moisture issues in the area. I’m very glad he found it, as it allowed the problem to be addressed before it became a bigger issue.
