After a careful search for a home inspector with strong environmental expertise, we selected Rob Reinhardt of Dynamic Inspections. Rob paid particular attention to critical environmental and structural aspects of the property, including indoor air quality, framing condition, attic ventilation, and other key structural elements.
He was well-equipped to evaluate insulation, vent operation, and other important systems. The inspection was unhurried, and Rob took the time to carefully answer all of our questions throughout the process. His report was delivered promptly and was clear, detailed, and informative.
Rob came and inspected my home for mold and water damage. He took his time and inspected all the rooms. He used water meters and other tools to figure out how bad the mold was and where it was. He used a thoroughly scientific method.
He tested, sent samples to a lab, and analyzed the results. and once the results, he produced a comprehensive report. He helped me understand what needed to be addressed and actually what was not a problem. That limited by alot the scope of the work. He helped me make important choices. Once that was done, he also recommended a great company to remediate
