The staff here is amazing. Although I regretfully never caught her name, the woman at the front desk is so pleasant to talk to and makes what could otherwise be a sterile and cold place warm and friendly. The medical professionals here are personable and efficient, and overall made me very glad I wasn’t born in the 1800s (I did not feel any notable pain during my fillings).
Also, the walkway to the office is unlike anything I’ve ever seen before in a medical setting (see attached photo)—almost makes you look forward to having a bunch of sharp and buzzing tools poking around your mouth.
Can’t say enough good things about Dr Patel. Had a dental emergency when my tooth badly cracked. Saw me on the weekend during closed hours, relieved my pain and discomfort. The crown is now in and it’s like it never happened.. Also, Dr Patel always makes sure that the procedures are as pain free as possible. His staff is wonderful.
The absolute best experience I’ve had at a dentist!Local anesthesia was completely painless, a first for me. I received the highest degree of care I was in town on a business trip when I needed to have immediate work done when a large significant part of my molar chipped off.Dr. Patel and his lovely staff accepted my last minute request when nearly 20 other dentists had turned me down. He explained everything in great detail and answered my questions and concerns.I highly recommend getting your dental care here and will be recommending his practice to all my colleagues at the NJ headquarters!
