I hate the dentist... PDG has altered my thought process. I called this morning .... Something going on in my mouth .... They fit me in immediately. The office is pristine clean. Maura at the desk is one of several facilitators that keep the office experience running smoothly. I was seen by the fabulous and friendly Dr Kaplan. She got my teeth X-rayed and cleaned. The office set up a dental plan for me. Every step is very transparent and pain free. Very reassuring professionals. I am anxious to get back and finally take care of my dental health . If you need a dentist I recommend Princeton Dental Group highly.

Two of my appointments which I had scheduled months in advance were cancelled due to a hygienist having a last minute emergency (even though I was notified a month before the appointment). A friend has told me she received that same notice and had to reschedule hers as well. Since I decided to go to a different dentist, I cancelled my rescheduled appointment here. However, a month before my cancelled appointment was supposed to occur, I was messaged by this group that I had a different appointment in which the hygienist could no longer be present due to a last minute emergency - but with the wrong date of appointment. They followed up apologizing for the wrong date but said the actual appointment (the one I cancelled) still would not have that hygienist anyways so asked if I wanted to reschedule that... Not sure what is going on at this business but it is definitely not reliable.
