Jonah challenges you during each and every class! You never know what new movements she’ll add to class; which is exciting, because it pushes you! Jonah’s F.I.T class is absolutely amazing for focusing on building full body strength, especially within the core, which is a great compliment to reformer flow classes! I started Pilates at Club Pilates Princeton a year ago and it has been life changing for me! I gained strength, flexibility and learned to enjoy exercising regularly! They offer classes all day around since 6 am until 8 pm 7 days a week so there is excuse! I can always find a spot for me even with my busy schedule!!
