Just terrible. i have curly hair and asked for it to get straightened by them they quoted me 40 dollars which im okay with. But they started to complain when they saw my hair and said “no one wants a job like this” as in straighting my hair. It was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. During the whole service they were speaking in chinese about my hair. That’s my experience. But if you have straight hair i think you will be fine.
i have been coming to Silk cut and to Ann for haircuts for my whole life, 15+ years. Ann and all the workers are always super nice, and Ann's skills in styling, cutting and especially doing colors is impeccable. Will always be coming back, and highly recommend.
My experience at Silk Cut II has been wonderful for the past 15 years. I have known the owner at this hair salon for the past 15 years and her price is reasonable and I am always pleased with the haircuts and service I have gotten here.
