We have had Princeton Air service our residential HVAC systems for a few years. I like the way they set a window for service and meet it every time. I like how Princeton Air introduces the tech by text prior to their arrival including name, experience and hobbies. Today, the technician who serviced our three systems was Sarabjeet Thind, who was friendly, competent, and supportive. He explained what he was doing and why. Sarabjeet did an excellent job.

The visit for an annual check up of the AC went smoothly. The technician called ahead, was on time and very efficient. Everything checked out, and he made sure we were satisfied before he left.
