I asked if it was possible if they take the fuzz off my coat and they said they don't do that because it's really time consuming. When I went to go pick up the jacket, it was not only clean but fuzz free. He went out of his way to do that and I TRULY appreciated it!! They are amazing and I'll be coming here for all my dry cleaning needs.“
