After many years of training with others i questioned the effectiveness of what I had learned. Sensei Allison has taken my “watered down” Karate to the next level, taking the movement I learned and combining it with structure, technique and knowledge to practically apply what I had learned in a self defense situation.
A hidden gem that focuses on traditional Okinawan Goju-Ryu.
A great place to learn this type of Karate and an awesome instructor. My adult son had a wonderful experience there and will never forget Shihan and all that he has taught him.
