My gas fireplace needed maintenance, and Rocco came to service it, and he was such a pleasure to talk to. He listened, and fixed my problems, and is a very nice person. He is a great asset to the company! I would recommend him fully! 12/16/25- The owners Rob and Tracey came to check out my fireplace as I was still having the same issues. Rob fixed it, and it works great! They are such a great company, and I would highly recommend them! Rob and Tracy are very nice, and they care about your problems. They take the time to listen, and do the best they can to fix it.

my house has 2 A/C systems. I scheduled a yearly maintenance appointment with Queen Sweep. They made reminder calls & arrived on time. They discovered that the freon had leaked out of the secondary system. They checked with the manufacturer to see if the unit was still under warranty. They tightened all the fittings and recharged the coolant so I'm up and running just in time for the first heat wave of the Jersey Shore. Thank you, thank you ,thank you.
Owner and employees are top notch professionals and wonderful. They were on time and went above and beyond the scope of work required for the installation of my tankless water heater. I highly recommend them.
