As for Tangles itself, the salon was stylish and clean and the staff very friendly! It’s homey and chic all at once. Kellie did my massage, and when I say I haven't had a massage like this, it has been a WHILE, I mean it. Strong hands, her sequence was balanced throughout my time, and she checked in regularly to make sure the pressure was ok (it was amazing). The young lady who did my facial, Erica, I believe, she was really sweet and really got down in there.
