I have called 1x per week for 3 weeks to make a simple order for contacts...the staff is kind and respectful on the phone, then, they never calm back...this is the most unprofessional office in the universe...they are horrible, DO NOT GO THERE
The Doctors I used to go to don't work here anymore. I went once to the younger Dr. And she didn't really treat my concerns like they were important. She wasn't mean or anything, but eyesight is important so I think I will go to a new location where I feel more comfortable.
