The people are very nice. But honestly need better business. Only 1 person on my hair took literally 12h. This was my first time coming and they gave me a first time braider. (She was sweet) but my parts are not straight, my hair is very heavy because she didnt add hair at the top after multiple request. At this point i just sat there cause how am i just gonna deny the service after driving hours and already 1 quarter done. Idk i will not never come here again. The people in my hometown do better braids. And it was extremely loud. People playing their phones on high screaming. I wanted the experience to get my hair done with multiple people in and out and got stuck wasting my whole day Braid so heavy im taking them out already money wasted.

NEVER GO HERE. I am so pissed with this place. My 17 year old ask for a specific hair style french curls in a layered cut that they said they can do. Charged her $220 and she left crying. Hair style was for her senior pictures at school. They gave her a Rick James bowl cut with uneven cuts. Yes, they offered to fix it and tried to fix it only to leave her braids still chopped up in different lengths that made no sense. NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO EXPERIENCE POOR HAIR STYLING LIKE THIS. Then had the nerve to blame my daughter for their bad style. Only for a week later for the braids to be unraveling and pieces falling out. I'm a so disappointed with their services. I paid in cash, and I knew they wouldn't give back my money so this review is what they deserve.

Happened to go in here by chance. Clean shop, friendly staff. There was some miscommunication about what I wanted but they made every effort to get it how I wanted, which I appreciate. Once that was established everything was good. Very satisfied with my hair

This review is way overdue. I have been coming to N&I Hair braiding for the past 3 years.
The welcome I received from the owner Ifoma I knew I was coming back. She really listens to me and gives me just what I want when it comes to my braids, color, and style.
As a makeup artist in film and television I am very busy. I always get so many compliments on my braids.
This woman is special. Ifoma has a pure heart and a sweet soul, and I adore her kids💗
She always shows up for me no matter what day or time, and that is so greatly appreciated.

10/10 I will be returning as a customer. If your booking boxbraids go during the week lol. Went on Sunday was a little behind but they were fabulous. I don't know the woman's name who did my daughters hair she is the chair next to Mama (who is a very sweet lady).
