My daughter’s birthday party here was amazing. Belle and Elsa went above and beyond to make her and all her friends feel special at the party. Playing games, dancing, helping put smocks on the kids to paint. The host and her helper was very organized and on top of things too. I know my daughter will remember this party for a long time to come!
We celebrated my daughter’s sixth birthday at Over the Top Party Planning, and it was truly a magical experience from start to finish. We chose the package that included a tea party, princess canvas painting, games, dancing, and tattoos—and every single activity was a hit!
The kids were completely engaged the entire time, especially with our two characters, Moana and Cinderella. Both were wonderful, but Moana absolutely stole the show and captured the children’s attention in the best way.

I had a wonderful experience for my daughter's 4th birthday. We had a spa birthday party with Glinda, and all of the kids had a blast. Courtney and her team made everything so easy. I highly recommend Over The Top Party Planning!
