Overpriced photos & packages designed to not actually offer what you need so you're forced to spend more money. With digital cameras, you can see if a child's eyes are closed and retake the photo. Very lazy that your photographers don't bother to do it. I will say getting a refund for my terrible photo was easy with the online chat though.

Worst school photography company. Zero customer service, been calling for a month and nobody bothers to contact back. Bought packages for our three kids and only received two and they have done nothing to make it right. Keep getting empty promises every time I call. Supervisors don’t care and they are not following through escalation requests. Do not buy from them. Our order was placed September 24 and Picture day was September 25. I’ve even expressed to them how disappointed our child is that his didn’t come in and nobody is bothering to fix the issue.

This is the 2nd year I've had problems. Last year was minor. This year I've had to call 3 times. I still do not have my sons school pictures and they cashed my check. Other people in our school are having problems getting their pictures also. Superintendent has been calling and emailing and they will not return calls or emails
