It was all explained clearly. Chris had his crew deliver an emptied basement surface. They then left me with the basement drying for a couple of days. During that time, Dave followed up to ensure the project was moving forward in a positive manner. That was a nice touch. Within a few days the basement was dry and treated. You can call around but you will never find a better company to deal with, Called Dave and he came right over, He clearly explained the process to my mother, who is 84 years old. Her condo was flooded when the upstairs water heater went. They took care of dealing with the insurance company, showed up when they said they would and made everything better then before, The nicest people we have ever worked with. My mom was very comfortable with everyone who came in to work, which for me was important because of her age and not being able to be there, Dave, Chris, Evan and Frank you guys are awesome.
