Mark handled the issue related to AC professionally and made sure that everything was working fine and we would not have an issue during rest of season. He went out of his way to make sure anything that he could complete for the ac to work properly was done. We have had great experience with Sam’s Air Control every time we have contacted them. We installed seven years ago two seperate mini split A/C systems. I called Sam's Air Control and asked for a checkup before the summer. The technician came on time and was very polite and professional. He removed the cover from each unit in every room, checked, and cleaned the screens. He also checked the outdoor units. He told us that everything looked fine and we should call again in a year. My husband and I felt that the visit was worth the money because our A/C is ready for the summer. I would highly recommand Sam's Air Control to friends and neighbors.
