I was concerned I hadn’t received a tracking notice for my shipment, so I called. I spoke with the owner and she was fabulous! She was friendly and personable. She let me know my order had shipped and I should be receiving it that day. I had placed my order 3 days prior. The extensions were exactly what I wanted and matched my hair color perfect. I will definitely be a return customer!
