I have take 2 online classes with Tara Lyn and they were both amazing due to her excellent cuing and attention to detail. She has a fun and lively personality that comes through in her teaching and makes you feel comfortable.
Tara-Lyn is a highly skilled pilates teacher. As a mover in both her private and small group sessions, I have always felt seen, safe, and supported moving with Tara-Lyn. With a keen eye and a toolbox of great cues she has drawn the best out of me as a mover. To challenge your strongest connections and skill build where you need it most, you will be fortunate to work with Tara-Lyn.

I have never done Pilates before in my life, however I needed to start working on getting my body stronger to help with some back problems. I found Tara-Lyn Pilates and I have been going here for about 4-5 weeks and couldn't be happier! The staff is so kind, friendly and very informative! I have worked mainly with Amy and Selena, and I can't say enough nice things about both of them! Both Amy and Selena, have always been cautious with my back problem but encourage me to always try and not give up! I highly recommend both of them for either a class or even better, an individual session!
