Most of the time, I feel overwhelmed walking into a cosmetic store because there are so many options that I end up with analysis paralysis. Today, Juliette (spelling?) was extremely helpful! She listened to my concerns, pulled a few products, explained what they were and how to apply them, and even color-matched me. She made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. I recently went to Ulta in Pohatcong Plaza to find a better replacement for my usual makeup base and Alexandra was SUCH a huge help! She was patient, kind, and listened to all my skin concerns. She really went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and listened to. She took the time to help me find the perfect shade match while also staying in my price range! The store in Phillsburg NJ is one of the most neatest, cleanest,well lit and well organized that I've been to between the Allentown PA store and stores in Florida. The employees there are so sweet, kind and helpful. I live in PA but travel to this store, even paying a higher tax in NJ, before the Allentown PA store.
