From the lehigh valley location.... Took 4 stylists and 2 hours to detangle and fix a poor 8 year Olds hair. Had glue and a bunch of other sticky products in her hair as well. They told her sister to leave cause they were crying too much and they told the dad to leave as well and they would call him when they were done with her. It was absolutely ridiculous. No 8 year old shoukd not have to go through that. She was crying in the chair because of how matted her hair was after we took her braids out. I don't recommend bringing your child or anyone here they are absolutely disrespectful. Children do t deserve this treatment nor should any adult. Shame on you all.

What a great salon! Felicia is most definitely the prime example of a good business woman. Her cutting and styling skills are truly superb, not to mention her attention to her work. I also have to give a big thumbs up to Diamond and her "magic hands". I had probably the best salon experience ever.

My kids enjoyed their scalp treatment and wash. French silk was beautiful on my baby girl and my sons retwist turned out so good. We are all happy with this salon. Wish I could make a same day appt sometime.

DO NOT COME HERE! My experience was horrible! I went for a simple “Braid down” no wash no blow dry my hair was already prepped. They tried to charge me 90$ for the service simple braid down when the website state 45. I don’t have a lot of hair! The stylist had to re do my hair and didn’t even ask what I wanted or execute that. The website says 45 dollars.I feel discriminated against. The owner saw this as her opportunity to take advantage of someone and charge an astronomical amount. The prices change depending on who you are apparently! I will be reporting her to every agency that will take a complaint. It’s so wrong to fraud and change prices. My hair is shorter than shoulder length she change the price because of my appearance and I was a new customer . Do not come here. Even her workers were shocked at the ridiculous price for less than an hour service . Once I confronted the owner she was less then reasonable took forever to contact me when she’s running a scam. I hung up on her! learn how to let people voice their concerns without cutting them off when you’re running a scam.I urge you all to never come here and I will be sending out further complaints so no one has to experience discrimination rudeness and a scam. Save yourself and find a different salon. I will be contacting the mall as well to let them know of the business going on in their establishment. Hopefully no one else gets scammed or discriminated against. And don’t let the owner change her prices on you 3 times like she did me. She went from 45 to 90 to 65. I had my hair done there last year and although I received many positive comments about it, my hair had not come out as I wanted. I tried just recently to get my hair braided there and it was a whole ordeal trying to get an appointment! I truly wish they'd come up with a better appointment system. Or maybe a bigger place!

My experience here was absolutely horrible! This was my first time here and a girl named Bianca called BB was my stylist. She was terrible! Extremely rude and unprofessional. And even after finishing my hair after 9 hours she didn’t find the decency to tell me and left me to sit there and even when I realized she was done, she went ahead to insult me saying I was rude because I asked how long the hair would take due to my children waiting for me. She could not control herself even after her boss tried to stop her. Someone like this should never be in a a service business! This is not free service I paid with my money and time! I should not have to be treated in such a way for just needing to get this done!!!This is my reply to yours:It is true that I was 15 minutes late but even so it still took 9 hours for my hair to get done. I arrived at 12:15 and was finished at 9:35pm. When I asked my stylist, Bianca called BB, for an estimate she told me that it was “impossible to give me one”. And for the issue of my lunch break, I took a 30 minute one but even after I returned my stylist did not come out to continue my hair until after 30 more minutes. As for the videos of my hair, I was not informed that my face would be blurred out and when I told my stylist that I wouldn’t like my face to be shown, she went ahead to tell me that this was what I signed up for. But thankfully another stylist stepped in and informed that my face would be blurred. And after that she only continued to be rude and insulting towards me. When I saw she was not working on my hair anymore, I asked her what was going on and she replied rudely saying that she was done with my hair while on her phone. So I proceeded to pay and when the tip jar was placed in front of me I said I wouldn’t be tipping as to not being satisfied with the horrible customer service. Then as I went back for my things, I asked why she could not care to inform me that my face would be blurred. And all she said to me was “Take your scarf and get out”. Imagine my outrage, but I kept calm even as she could not hold herself back from continuing to insult and disrespect me. And as she was doing that her boss was trying to speak to me instead of telling the stylist to make an effort to control her behavior. It is absurd that you think a reply like this will keep my quiet. I had my experience, now let me share it as I please. Obviously we are not a good fit, but even I could never wish this place upon my worst enemy. If I could give this place anything less than 1 it would be a -1 million! I will not stay quiet! BTW the hair was nothing special, I have seen and DONE better.Service: Hairstyling

I can't say enough about Felicia and her business .I came to her on the 2nd and was feeling very low because I had just recently had cardiac arrest a week before ,so I needed something to lift my spirits .When I tell you Felicia understood the assignment I walked out of her establishment feeling like a million dollars. What gifted hands thank you Felicia for accomplishing exactly what I was looking for. I cannot tell you how many people have commented and complimented me on my hair today. So thank you Felicia for listening and giving me my glow back. I highly recommend this salon, you won't be disappointed.! I pray God continues to bless her business.

I went to the salon at the Lehigh Valley Mall. This is my second time using the salon for my 8-year-old daughter. Both times, the quality of the service is good. First she got box braids and second a silk press. But they are just disrespectful of your time. There is no reason it should take over 3.5 hours for a silk press (her hair ain't THAT long/thick!). It was even worse when she got the braids. Staff has no urgency or efficiency. Spending your whole day in the salon waiting around is not acceptable. Will not be returning. I went to their salon At The Lehigh Valley mall.. Diamond was awesome and very knowledgeable about hair care.. She gave me a relaxer service and she explained the entire process from start to finish and used a steamer after thoroughly applying the conditioners.. I felt that my hair was very well-cared-for and I will definitely be back in 2 weeks!!
