I have come into Eurotech Auto Works to have a tire checked and today because the coolant level was low. Manny, the owner checks out my concerns right away even though I wasn’t even in his system. The man is friendly, the place is immaculate and his staff is beyond professional and knowledgeable. I am thrilled to have them in my area and will continue to use them for lube and oil service and anything else my car “tells me” I need done. This business deserves our business and will have mine because they earned it.
Yesterday as I was driving, I noticed that my temperature guage was high and my electrical system wasn't working in my car. Manny and his workers were able to take the car immediately, diagnosed the problem (serpentine belt snapped) and ran a full car diagnostic. They ordered the parts needed, fixed the problem with the car and had it back to me within 24 hours for a reasonable price. They also told me about potential problems that could arise in the future with an email that explained the problems (car is old 2009 rogue so I expect wear and tear) but gave me a timeline in which to fix these issues. I brought a 2012 Audi A5 cabriolet to Manny to help with an ongoing performance issue and an CEL code that was way too difficult for me to figure out. Manny and his team did a full diagnostic and were able to order the needed new parts right away. After fixing the engine leakage in two different areas, the car is running better than it has in years.Super happy with the great customer service and the expertise that this team brings to European cars.
