My heat stopped working on the first cold day of this season ! Called Cooper and spoke to Michelle, she was wonderful to talk to ! She helped me make an appointment for the next day. The technician , Kyle, showed up at the specified time frame, was professional and willing to help me understand what the problem was. He diagnosed and fixed the issue within the hour ! I couldn’t be happier with their service !!

Our furnace wouldn’t switch on at of course, four o’clock in the afternoon. After calling Coopers they sent someone right out. The technician, Chris, was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem within an hour. We were so relieved. We highly recommend them!

My mom needed work done with her heating with the winter coming up. They sent Sam out to help us and he came quick and was very respectful, professional and helpful. Anyone in this area I recommend using their services they do a wonderful job!

We have been customers for over 20 years. Their oil is approximately 25-35 cents more expensive than other companies. The office staff is rude, unprofessional and threatening. (And are untruthful with their threats). When I inquired about the price, I was told it is more expensive because of the services they provide. Service SHOULD NOT effect price!

Great company, Great employees ! I had 1 service call and 1 cleaning this week, they got me taken care of very quickly. Kyle was awesome for a quick fix repair , and Larry did a great thorough cleaning of my furnace, as if it was his own!
