Adaptive Dental Associates

Sadly I have to leave one star but currently this office doesn’t even deserve that.

I have been taking my family to this dentist since 2017… it was an amazing place to go until new management came in a few years back and now nothing but issues. The office manager is RUDE, and will yell at you on the phone as well as lie. My daughter was charged a $50 no show fee because she was in a car accident on her way to work that morning and had a concussion requiring medical treatment. I've even taking my children here since we moved to this area in 2023. My daughter was 11 when we started. I told the dentist she needed braces and she agreed but kept saying it was too soon, kept making appointments until I finally put my foot down and said I would take her somewhere else because the crowding was causing her pain. We suddenly got the referral. I took her to Hunterdon Family Dental and the orthodontist there was extremely upset because she needs a pallet expander but she is already 14 and the bones don't shift as easily. We had a very positive experience today with Dr. Lo Guidice, with our son. Dr Lo Guidice was very kind, patient, gentle and caring. The office staff was friendly as well. We highly recommend this practice.
