This sign is complete BS. Never AGAIN am I coming here. This ghetto ratchet hospital; they should be shut down I came because I had a breathing issue and I had to go to another hospital because they wouldn't take me in. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Go to another hospital if possible!!! People walk in with no masks and everyone is unprofessional af!! They are going to hear from my lawyers, people sitting in there I heard waited for 4-5 hours. And they only had one doctor working and one nurse??? What kind of hospital is this?? Disgusting. I'm gunna tell everyone to not come to this place. And I hope they do not try to bill my insurance because I am going to make a call and defiantly tell them to don't pay them sh*t!!

For someone with COVID like symptoms they intentionally make you wait in the waiting area for hours. Their admissions/registration team do not ask appropriate or adequate questions. They do not have you take a pcr test or X-ray. I came in with back pain, spitting up blood and the nurse asked me what do I want him to do? You are the professional, what are your protocols. I wasn't asked what color was the blood, if it was my first episode of blood. On a scale of 1-10 how severe is my pain in my back. Instead I continued to hack up my lungs for now going on 3 hours.

For anyone who has social anxiety, when you first come to this place it might seem a little daunting at first. But, during your stay as time passes you should be able to adapt better to the environment around you. All of the nurses and staffs do they're job correctly without a single hitch . Referring to the guidelines, they also follow that correctly.

Two weeks ago Sunday, I brought my father to the ER at Raritan Bay in Perth Amboy. I waited patiently outside (due to covid) for the nurse to call me with an update, as promised. Three hours later, I phoned the hospital again to request an update on my fathers condition. I was informed the nurse was to busy to talk to me and that she would call me back - to this day, I'm still waiting for a return call. This was disheartening given my urgency to speak with someone due to the language barrier with my dad. This morning I took my mom to the same ER. Upon arrival, I was not permitted in and was again informed that someone would call me with an update. Five hours later I phoned the hospital to request an update. The nurse was rude, bothered and extremely unprofessional. Additionally, she contradicted herself repeatedly and provided me with wrong information about my mother. My mother is 80 years old and my father is 73. I fully understand that given the pandemic only patients are permitted in the hospital. However no one should be treated with disrespect when they are simply wanting to learn if their elderly parents are doing ok, will be admitted or released, etc. I will NEVER return to this hospital again. I will without a doubt dirge the extra 10 mins and take them to a reputable hospital. It is a complete embarrassment that staff is permitted to behave this way without repercussion. I will be posting this information on all social media for others to be informed as well. A complete disgrace!

I took my daughter to this hospital yesterday at 7pm. Nurses said she had a 104.5 fever, took a nurse at least 30mins to see my child while they casually looked at everyone else for the third time while letting us sit in a room did not even asked if she was dehydrated or anything to drink. I had to get up and let them know that they had a 1yr old with a 104.5 fever and no one has checked her yet. They only gave her Tylenol and wet rags but I'm not gonna lie her fever went down to 99.8 but I could of just done that home like I was originally doing. Took them at least an hour to print out her half discharge paper at 2am, I called this morning to only hear they cant fax me any papers & that they didn't see anything on the patient. Mind you they spelt my daughters name wrong after me telling them the whole night her name was wrong and to come to find out on the phone call they got her birthday wrong. As a soon to be nurse I'm just super disappointed of this hospital and want nothing to do with it anymore. Maybe everyone has their different opinions on this hospital but clearly mine had to be overall the worst night.
