All people that go to this woman she does not care about your taxes. she's been taking $180 from me every month unauthorized that is number one stealing. I have begged her to stop taking my money and I still wake up with $180 taking from my account. Everything that she said she did with my LLC found out not one thing was done correctly if all you people were smart you would close her out and go somewhere else she is robbing all of you blind. I did my taxes for the year 2019 and the owner Maria, she did a horrible job on my taxes, she did 2 mistake and have to do an amended and never finish this with the IRS, I have to finish what she started when I paid her for it. Plus I called to get a copy of my taxes via email and her secretary stated that in order for her to send me an email with my taxes that I already paid I have to giver her my credit card so she can charger me $15 dollar for send me a simple email. This is ridiculous. Other places they give you your copy of your taxes for free but this people wants to charge for everything unbelievable. I was recommended by a friend to come here, which I even give it a second thought. Turns out when she did my taxes I was expecting them to be done electronically, turns out they were sent thru mail. I wasn't notified about this at all. I was expecting them maybe in about 2-4 weeks but nothing which I though was very strange. So I decided to give them a call and that is when they told me they were sent thru mail, now who knows when ill get them maybe next year? Poor communication, if you need your taxes urgently I wouldn't recommend.
