“I would give 6 stars if I could!! Absolutely amazing company. Lightning struck my condensing unit and fried a bunch of components in the air handler/furnace and the thermostat. The internal temperature of the house was over 83 degrrees. Made a call to Biles and they had someone at my house within an hour. They had to run out and grad new parts and a new thermostat, came back and installed it. My air was back up and running in a couple hours. They then called me again to make sure everything was still good. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.“
