“I must say I am impressed by Rachael’s ability to walk into a kitchen space and quickly reimagine the space in a very short period of time. On Rachael’s first visit to my home she reviewed my kitchen, took measurements and asked me what I envisioned for my new kitchen cabinet design. I must say I had no real vision I really needed her guidance. After our meeting, I was surprised when that evening at about 10:17 PM I received by email an initial complete redesign of my kitchen cabinet configuration. The redesign was something I could not have envisioned and it was beautiful. Over the course of a few days we discussed changes to the design and finalized the design. Rachel was available morning, noon and night, literally. She was very accommodating when it came to scheduling time to meet with me for cabinet design selection. In addition to assisting me with cabinet design for my kitchen Rachel also provided advice on vanities for two bathrooms, a storage unit and any and everything I asked for her assistance with (paint colors, flooring, cabinet handles, you name it). She was available at all times to provide her professional design knowledge on things that were not related to her specific kitchen cabinet design work.I did not have a hall closet and was considering a coat rack, however, when I mentioned this to Rachel she instantly had an idea for a hall coat and shoe storage unit. She provided suggestions on the actual unit style and size, which was perfect. She took measurements for the unit and ordered the unit and I could not be happier with the unit. It is a beautiful unit that fits into the décor and style of my home and more than satisfies my storage needs.Racheal was very engaged and involved in the installation of the kitchen cabinets. She was available in person and by phone anytime needed. This was crucial during the kitchen cabinet installation as the installers had a number of questions during installation. Her availability ensured that there were no mistakes and that the installation was exactly as designed.The process was about 3 months from initial discussions to completion and I must say it was a pleasant experience for me because Rachael is very professional, personable and conscientious. Her desire as she communicated constantly was to ensure that I was happy and satisfied.“

“My wife and I are very happy with the service and quality of cabinet products we received from SI Kitchen.Rocco and Dorit were very attentive and made sure we were completed satisfied with the finished cabinet product.The Granite on the other hand...I have several negative things to say - and that is dealing with their granite subcontractor.My wife and I used SI kitchen for our granite as well - SI kitchen sent us to their granite yard and we bought 2 whole granite slabs to cover the cabinets, backsplash, island and a few other small things with the left over stone.The granite subcontractor SI kitchen uses never called me to measure my home.He just showed up at the construction site and measured whatever he thought was needed.I kept emailing Dorit and telling her that I needed to meet with the measurement guy because our kitchen island was intended to be a slightly abnormal cut.Dorit assured me that everything was fine..Over a few days I kept emailing saying that I was concerned about the measurements and Dorit finally told me that she would get the layout diagram from the subcontractor and send it to me to show me that the measurements were good..I get the measurements emailed to me and...... WRONG..As I suspected - the measurements were wrong and they cut a huge portion incorrectly; luckily there was enough stone to fix the huge incorrect cut; but that left me with no leftover stone for other areas in the house that I wanted it.It was a struggle to get the stone measurement guy to meet with me to discuss measurements.I ended up having to measure myself for the backsplash and send the measurements to Dorit for fabrication.At the time, I was very upset that I'm spending all this money and have to measure things myself; and nearly a half a slab of good stone got wasted.The Granite portion of my dealing with SI kitchen was very stressful and did cost me a lot of money in having to find and buy new stone to match the other items.I would advise everyone that you are in great hands with SI Kitchen for your cabinets.But to proceed with extreme caution with the granite.Thank you SI Kitchen, thank you Rocco and Dorit; we are very happy with our kitchen but the grainite situation did cause me a lot of stress and money.“
