FERMA FLOORING

This company does not stand by it's warranty! The person I bought the floor from has been trying for years to get them to replace my floor. They sent an inspector out and he blames my chairs. The floor is lifted everywhere and chipped. I am writing the BBB today. I have a 10 year warranty, this lifted after 5 years. I am so tired of fighting! I want a new floor! I am tired of this company ignoring my installer. I will be calling you myself. I am not letting this go. Horrible company!!!!! I will be posting pictures on their Facebook page and filing a complaint with the BBB.

My Ferma laminate floor is breaking is breaking into strips from the interlocking system. The corners of the planks are crumbling and deteriorating under our feet. The floor is less than 5 years.
