This floor is horrible! We had a flood in our kitchen years ago. We unfortunately replaced the floor with this Ferma brand! The floor is faded and completely coming apart. They sent an inspector and he said it was from my chairs. That is a lie! The floor is splitting all over my kitchen. They are not helping the person who I bought the floor from. They do not stand by their products! They refuse to replace my floor. I have been dealing with the installer who can't get anywhere with this company. The floor is defective. I am sick over this. Horrible company! We are now getting hurt on the floor! They should stand by their products and do the right thing!
I bought Ferma Acacia flooring and i received nothing that looks like 3 separate samples i have seen at distributors shops. instead of rich grain and color variations i received sloppily stained plywood looking flooring that looks nothing like sample color, grain or species! And i had to bring up legal consequences to get them respond and admit that wood they advertise on their website and distribute samples with various dealers is actually NOT the wood they sell you at the end! But to cover themselves, the have same code for both, sample wood they show you and for fake wood they sell you, so you cannot prove them wrong on paper! and they are conveniently blind and deny visible difference! And to add insult to injury, they had audacity to asked me to pay 30% for restocking fee! This is simply old-fashioned switcheroo deception and be very careful buying any product form FERMA! You will not receive what you bought and you won't be able to prove them!
Professionally installed the Wood-Tek vinyl flooring and could not be more displeased with this product. The floor shifts and moves after installation causing gaps in between the planks. The flooring was removed and reinstalled to ensure everything was done properly the first time, there were not bad pieces of flooring, etc... and we have still experienced the same issues. The floor is installed perfectly with no gaps or cracks at the seams where the planks meet, then over a period of time (1 day to 2 weeks) the floor shifts and moves creating gaps. I am not familiar with their other products, but definitely would not recommend the Wood-Tek vinyl flooring.
