I was going to a franchise gym and lost lack of motivation… came across Spa 23 online and instantly fell in love with it!! I got the PREMIER MEMBERSHIP which includes as many classes as I want (step, yoga, cycling, CrossFit, Zumba, etc) and a free 30 minute massage once a month. This gym also has a pool and sauna. The membership is a little pricey compared to franchise gyms but once you utilize all amenities, you’ll realize you’re paying exactly the right price. Staff is lovely and helpful. Spa 23 needs to open more locations!! Only downfall is they don’t sell merchandise :( I would love to buy a spa 23 t shirt!!!
I recently started working out again after a decade-long stint of relative inactivity, and I’m happy I chose Spa 23 to do it at. Not only do I enjoy their yoga classes and the spaciousness to do the workout you planned to do even if someone is in the area you usually do that workout in, the staff really makes the gym a great place to be. I had the pleasure of working with Matt to develop a fitness plan that builds upon my foundational strength and is the perfect level of challenging. When I would work out by myself, I would go too hard and destroy my initiative to get back to it after a day or two. Love Love Love Spa 23!! The atmosphere is awesome. The staff is always super friendly. Amanda and Jenna both Rock!! Their customer support is outstanding!! Lionel is unreal. His guidance and support in helping me get to where I want to be physically is amazing. I’ve never felt as awesome as I do. I’m 52 and I feel amazing. Equipment is great. Always clean. I always see several individuals consistently cleaning all the equipment. Every time I walk into the facility I feel happy to be there. I’ve used Pure Massage.
