Don't bother making an appointment, they seem to take first come-first served. End up waiting 30 minutes despite having an appointment, then it was clear they were rushing everyone to make up. It's a fine place if you are flexible, just be prepared to wait.
I'm here every 3-4 weeks for a pedicure and gel nails. They always look perfect. The staff are always friendly. A relaxed atmosphere. The salon is very clean and the staff are attentive to sanitation procedures.
I’ve been coming to New Sun’s Nails for several years as Lilly came highly recommended. Her nail art is beautiful and her gel manicures last several weeks, not just 2. The spa pedicures are so relaxing. I’ve never had an issue with any of the employees. I’ve seen them handle extremely rude customers with professionalism. The place is clean and they’ve taken all precautions due to the pandemic. Yes, the prices are a bit high, but they are clearly posted so there really shouldn’t be any surprises.
