Hi Deanna,I appreciate you seeing me yesterday & trying to rectify the situation. However, I really need to let you know how I feel.When I came in, I showed you "wish" photos & ideas. I did request a money piece & mentioned I want a low maintenance style. I already had highlights & it didn't look bad I just wanted a newer look. You said you have an idea of what I want and would work your magic. Yes, I was in a rush at the end to get to a football event. However, you mentioned my hair took the color & didn't need a toner. Every hair person I've spoken to has said the same thing, it looks like it was just foiled & bleached.You were kind enough to have me come back in and took your time to try to talk with me to see how we can make it better. We finally came to a conclusion. You had my two front pieces out and showed me how it would look next to the back of my head which is highlighted. You were gonna make the middle area more like my natural base color to get rid of the blonde that was there.However, that color is dark which I believe you said would start fading with washing. BUT, now I have two front blonde pieces ( which I agreed to) , and a middle that's dark with the back of my head in highlights. It just doesn't look good.I realize you can only have fixed certain things because that's what I paid for. BUT, I paid $250 and now have to go buy box dye or pay someone to fix this ? I'm sure you take pride in your work, but this hair color job just didn't work out not once but twice. You feel you debt do anything wrong, but the coloring was not done professionally. If I paid $100-$150 I can understand but $250 for this?
