Tyler happened to be in the area when I called the office so he was here within the hour. Took the time to evaluate the situation explain everything to me and had it treated quickly and efficiently. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Hopefully the wasps are goin to die off in the next day or two, but he assured me if not there’s a warranty and they will come back and respray. Great new customer experience for sure. Ended up contracting for a full year (quarterly) service agreement, with the assurance that if issues arise before the next service, they’ll come out and take care of it as part of the contract. They had a $50 off special and because we signed up and paid upfront for a year, there was an additional 10% discount.“
