They were detailed and thorough in giving us options, letting us know what to expect and even aftercare instructions. This is not one of those dime a dozen floor refinishing companies. They care about the quality of work and the services they provide. Thomas Hardwood Foors did a great job my our living room. They were in some rough shape before. They were able to repair some broken and missing boards. Also fixed some warped areas along the floor. Highly recommend. Took one day to complete and came back in the morning the second day for final coat.

Thomas hardwood floors was very professional with dealing with our needs. Work was done quick and didn’t disrupt our every day living. When a small problem arose they were right over with a solution. They are truly concerned with customer service and that their customers are truly happy with the finished product
