After visiting many places, the mower shop got me approved on my first new mower! They have finance options that other mower dealers don't have! They worked with me even after I was declined from Sheffield and didn't just brush me off! They will be getting all my business from here on out. This place is first class all the way!

I sadly had the unfortunate privilege of not turning on my blower in about ( gulp ) 3 years and the carb line etc got gummed up really BAD so this little shop was there with friendly and awesome service. The service manager Terry was very pleasant and upfront about costs etc …. I could’ve maybe found a cheaper alternative since there was really no more snow in the forecast but real honest customer service won out this time. Pickup was a breeze and should have it delivered tomorrow. Little word of advice, I guess it’s good to start that blower every 3-4 mos since it can’t hurt and burn that gas off!

The mower shop has top tier customer support. I'm located in Connecticut and needed a discontinued OEM part for my snowblower before an impending snow storm tomorrow night and called all around the state only to find out this establishment was the closest one that had what I needed in stock. I called as soon as they opened and they made sure to have hands on the part and call their delivery service immediately to arrange next day shipping. Within an hour I had a tracking number and everything was set. Can't praise the top tier customer support enough. If only every business was run like this.
