If I could rate this place a 0 I definitely would. A lot of the staff have very little knowledge and no compassion at all for the sick and suffering. I saw physical and mental abuse take place first hand . There was many reports of medicine theft by staff . A lot of these good reviews are from patients that are in there facility or are being overseen by there staff and if you do other than what they want you to do and say there is mental and physical torture . this place really needs to be looked into from a crime standpoint .Feel free to contact me for physical proof .

My grandmother was a resident here at Riverfront Rehab. Her stay was wonderful. Her therapy exceeded all of our expectations. We cannot thank all the staff for the wonderful care she received during her healing process. It truly was a great experience!

A very bad place to send your love one. Lack of communication from Nurse. They lost my mother teeth the next day from being admitted.Because I complained about how I am not pleased. They gave my mother a bad review because I was transferring my mother to another facility to keep the new facility from accepting her. Never again will I put my mother or recommend the River Front.

I came to deliver to the second floor at about 1140pm majority of the staff were really nice I enjoyed speaking with them except for this one African American male who worked on the first floor when I was trying to exit the building I didn't know how to get out so I went to the first floor where I saw employees open the door and asked the gentleman how do I go about getting out the front doors he looked at me and he didn't respond for a good 60 I was confused as to why he was what it seemed to be like at the time ignoring me so I stood there for a while looking at him waiting for some type of response cuz I was pretty much stuck there and he asked me do I work there he continued to look around like he was completely confused and never answered me I walked out and asked another employee who was super nice and I was able to get out if the young gentleman doesn't have any customer service skills he definitely shouldn't be working in that facility please give him some training it was a bit unpleasant encountering him

The rooms are disgusting. They smell, the staff is rude, the rooms are dirty, the firm of old, . enough remotes for the TV, food is awful, no no choices on good, I saw. Bugs in one room
