I am a Princeton Tec customer for life. I just got back in the mail a brand new headlamp that they warrantied for me. It took a few weeks but hey I was already without the use of it. It has always been my go to light, a little bit on the higher end of the price spectrum at $85.00 but worth every penny. I purchased a new Apex 650 for primarily hunting use. The headlamp is great. Very bright when you need it to be and dimmable when you don't. Robust construction. However, the headlamp stopped working after a few months. I contacted Princeton Tec to inquire about warranty and or a repair. They sent me a return authorization number and I shipped it back. Where I am impressed and more than satisfied is that they returned to me a brand new unit with batteries. Can't ask for more than that. I appreciate that they stand behind their products and replaced the defective unit with NO HASSLES. Thanks

I've had a Princeton Tec Fuel light for 5 years or so. I recently stepped on it, breaking a cover off. Totally my fault. I called Princeton tec, and within a few days, had not one, but two new covers, free of charge. When I buy another light, it will be from Princeton Tec!
