The guard, Courtney, is helpful and well-mannered, providing clear directions and assistance. Loaders work quickly to unload trucks, with some appointments taking as little as 20 minutes. Despite some trucks waiting for doors, the business seems to prioritize prompt service, with most customers leaving the premises within a reasonable time frame.
Awesome place! Checked in at 5am for 8am delivery. They let me through. Checking out at 6:30!

You arrive, park outside, go to the booth, they ask for your phone number and you wait for them to call you. It was fast in an hour they downloaded. You enter, park further ahead at any free door and go to thirteenth and hand in the papers. I think you can park outside there at night.
Ok fellas. The guard (Courtney) is very helpful and well mannered with the directions. Time in 11:00. Was told to go park on the street. Then she called me in 30 minutes and I was given a door. The loaders unloaded the truck in 20 minutes. Time out 12:20. Very impressive. I have to mention that I came at my exact appointment time and it’s my first time here. There were other trucks there before me and they were still waiting for door.
