We have used Petro for years and have been provided with great service. During today's servicing of our heater and AC The Tech gave a hard sale on other products which we did not ask for. We just wanted the requested service.

Petro has, for the last nearly 20 years, constantly been one of the best companies I deal with on a regular basis. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable phone reps, excellent and very timely service should a problem arise that calls for a service visit from a tech. Highly recommended!
